Rights and duties from the Guest Admissions Contract
- The Guest Admissions Contract is concluded as soon as the room is ordered and promised or, if a promise was not possible for time reasons, has been provided.
- The conclusion of the Guest Admissions Contract commits the contractual partners to fulfilment of the contract, regardless of for how long the contract has been concluded.
- The accommodation facility is obliged to pay compensation to the guest in the event that the room is not provided.
- In the event that the contractual performances are not used, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price, minus the costs saved by the proprietor.
Based purely on experience, the savings for holiday apartments are 10%, and for bed and breakfast around 20% of the accommodation price.
- The accommodation facility is operated in good faith; unused rooms should be allocated elsewhere if possible so as to avoid losses.
Until the room is allocated elsewhere, the guest must pay the amount calculated acc. to clause 4 for the duration of the contract.
Sole legal venue is the place of business. |
